Insurance & Digital Asset Custody
ZyraCapital works with regulated entities and specialist insurers to help protect client assets held within our arbitrage strategies. This page explains, in plain language, how custody is structured and what our Marsh-arranged insurance is designed to cover — and not cover.
Who is insured
Client assets for ZyraCapital strategies are held under OS Holdings (DIFC) Ltd, a Dubai International Financial Centre–registered holding company that acts as the group hub for custody and risk management.
OS Holdings (DIFC) Ltd has insurance arranged via Marsh, a leading global insurance broker. This coverage is designed to support the group's digital asset custody and related operational risks.
How this relates to you
When you allocate capital to ZyraCapital, your balances are held with our institutional exchange and custody partners under the OS Holdings (DIFC) Ltd structure. The Marsh-arranged policies are in the name of OS Holdings (DIFC) Ltd and related insured entities.
What this insurance is designed to cover
At a high level, the Marsh-arranged insurance for OS Holdings (DIFC) Ltd is designed to support protection around risks linked to our digital asset custody setup and related operations.
- Digital asset custody and handling within our approved exchanges, custodians and wallets
- Specified forms of theft, fraud or loss arising from defined criminal acts
- Certain operational errors, technology incidents or process failures, within defined limits
- Liability connected to the provision of digital asset and trading-related services, where applicable
Key details from our Marsh-arranged insurance
- • Insured entity: OS Holdings (DIFC) Ltd and selected affiliated Zyra group entities supporting ZyraCapital's trading and custody operations.
- • Broker: Marsh, a global insurance broker arranging coverage with international insurers.
- • Focus: digital asset custody, operational risk and specified crime-related events within our approved custody perimeter (institutional exchanges, wallets and infrastructure).
- • Currency: limits and deductibles are structured in USD and sized against the group's declared custody and liquidity posture.
- • Status: policies are currently in force for the active policy period; renewals and any changes will be reflected in updated documentation.
The exact scope, limits and exclusions are always defined in the underlying policy documents. This page is a simplified summary only and does not change the terms of any policy.
What this insurance does not cover
Insurance is one layer of risk management, not a guarantee. You can still lose some or all of your investment.
How client asset custody works
Funding your account
You fund ZyraCapital from your own wallet or exchange account. Assets are credited to your ZyraCapital balance once on-chain or exchange transfers settle.
Institutional exchange & custody partners
Client assets are held with institutional-grade exchanges and custody partners selected by OS Holdings (DIFC) Ltd. We prioritise venues with strong security, proof-of-reserves practices and robust regulatory footprints.
Segregated accounting
Your balances are tracked per-client at the ledger level. Trading strategies may use omnibus wallets or margin accounts at exchanges, but our internal books maintain a clear record of which portion belongs to you.
Strategy locks and withdrawals
When you lock into a Node or Console tier, your funds are committed to that strategy for the chosen term. Once the lock expires (or after any notice period), funds become available for withdrawal back to your own wallet or account.
Security at a glance
Requesting full insurance documentation
For security and confidentiality reasons, we do not publish full policy schedules or certificates on the public website. However, existing investors, institutional allocators and due-diligence teams can request a copy of the current Marsh insurance attestation and a high-level policy summary.
- Your full name and organisation
- Your relationship with ZyraCapital (prospective / current investor, DD provider, etc.)
- Whether you're requesting the Marsh attestation letter, a certificate of insurance, or a general coverage summary
Important notices
Nothing on this page constitutes insurance advice, financial advice or a guarantee of cover. All insurance is arranged via third-party insurers and brokers, currently including Marsh, and is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and financial strength of those providers.
Insurance arrangements may change over time. The presence of insurance does not remove the risk of loss, including total loss, when investing in digital assets or using ZyraCapital's products.
